Château Pape Clément Grand Cru Classé de Graves 2015 es un vino excepcional elaborado a partir de una cuidada mezcla de Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot y Cabernet Franc. Proveniente de la histórica bodega Château Pape Clément, una de las más antiguas de Burdeos con raíces que se remontan al siglo XIII, este Grand Cru de la denominación Pessac-Léognan está ubicado a solo 15 minutos del corazón de Burdeos, rodeado por un entorno urbano en expansión.

La elaboración de este vino comienza con una meticulosa selección de las uvas en el viñedo, seguida de una cosecha manual en pequeñas cajas. Cada grano es despalillado a mano y pasa por una rigurosa mesa de selección. El mosto se traslada a cubas de madera de 30-70 hl por gravedad, donde se realiza una maceración prefermentativa a baja temperatura, seguida de un bazuqueo manual y una maceración prolongada de 30-40 días. Luego, el vino se trasiega por gravedad a barricas de roble francés, donde se lleva a cabo la fermentación maloláctica. Finalmente, el vino envejece durante 18 meses en barricas de roble, desarrollando una complejidad y profundidad excepcionales.
