Microbio Brutal 2022 es un vino naranja, elaborado con Verdejo en Nieva, Segovia, por el viticultor y elaborador Ismael Gozalo. Se trata de una interpretación singular y muy expresiva de esta variedad castellana, basada en una vinificación de mínima intervención.

El secreto de Microbio Brutal 2022 reside en su prolongado contacto con los hollejos. El vino permanece durante varios meses en depósitos junto a las pieles de la uva, desarrollando intensidad, estructura y complejidad. Posteriormente, se realiza un prensado suave y el vino regresa a recipientes de arcilla para continuar su evolución.
