Presenta un atractivo tono cereza luminoso con matices violáceos. En nariz se muestra abierto y expresivo, con claras notas de frutas rojas y negras que se combinan con recuerdos especiados y un sutil toque tostado. En boca resulta bien estructurado y jugoso, con una agradable frescura, madera dulce perfectamente integrada y taninos sedosos que hacen el conjunto equilibrado y fácil de disfrutar.

Protos Roble 2024, un vino de la prestigiosa D.O. Ribera del Duero, representa la combinación perfecta de tradición y calidad de Bodegas Protos. Este cosecha está elaborada a partir de cepas selectas de tempranillo con más de 25 años de edad, cultivadas en sus propios viñedos. La cosecha se realiza de forma manual, con una cuidadosa selección de las uvas, en cajas de 20 kg.

Maceración con hollejos durante 15 días y la temperatura se mantiene a 24 °C. Protos Roble realiza una breve crianza de 6 meses en barricas de roble americano para acabar su afinamiento en botella durante 6 meses más antes de su comercialización.
