Description

Este vino sobresale por su perfil expresivo, con aromas de cereza negra madura, arándano, nibs de cacao, incienso y violetas secas, acompañados por un sutil matiz de piedra húmeda. En boca se muestra fluido y elegante, de cuerpo medio, con una concentración precisa de frutas rojas y azules maduras. Los taninos, firmes y sedosos, sostienen un final largo, jugoso y lleno de energía frutal.

El Ferrer Bobet Vinyes Velles 2020 es una expresión excepcional de la región vinícola de D.O.Ca Priorat, resultado de la dedicación de la bodega Ferrer Bobet, fundada por los apasionados amigos Sergi Ferrer-Salat y Raül Bobet. Este vino tinto, elaborado principalmente con Cariñena (72 %) y Garnacha (28 %) de viñedos centenarios, encarna la esencia del Priorat.

Las uvas provienen de empinadas laderas y terrazas de pizarra, uno de los rasgos distintivos de la zona, y se cosechan manualmente en cajas de 10 kg para preservar su integridad. Cada baya se selecciona individualmente en una doble mesa de selección, antes de ser trasladada por gravedad a los depósitos. La fermentación se realiza en tinas de madera de 15 y 30 hectolitros, así como en acero inoxidable, buscando precisión y equilibrio.

La fermentación maloláctica y la posterior crianza durante 15 meses en barricas de roble francés de grano fino y tostado ligero aportan estructura y complejidad sin eclipsar la expresión del terroir. El vino se embotella sin clarificar ni filtrar y descansa al menos 18 meses en botella, afinando su textura y profundidad antes de salir al mercado.
