Este vino presenta un tono púrpura intenso, indicativo de su frescura. Su aroma despliega notas de frutas, dulces de goma y mermelada de mora, delicadamente equilibradas con matices de regaliz, aportando un toque especiado y profundidad al perfil aromático. En paladar, es robusto y enérgico, ofreciendo un inicio dulce y muy placentero.

Compra Matsu El Picaro 2023, un exquisito vino tinto creado a partir de uvas 100% Tinta de Toro, cultivadas en la prestigiosa denominación de origen Toro. Matsu simboliza un viaje a través del tiempo, celebrando la tradición vinícola transmitida por generaciones de viticultores. Cada botella encapsula la esencia de la juventud, madurez y vejez, reflejando más de un siglo de dedicación a la elaboración de vinos con uvas de viñedos centenarios. Estos viñedos están meticulosamente seleccionados por su bajo rendimiento y su ubicación en suelos arenosos con abundante material granítico, cultivados de manera completamente natural.

La cosecha se realiza manualmente desde el 14 de septiembre hasta el 6 de octubre, transportando las uvas en cajas y pequeños remolques para garantizar la calidad. La elaboración incluye una fermentación espontánea en depósitos de hormigón de 15.000 kg a temperaturas no superiores a 24ºC, utilizando levaduras autóctonas. Además, se realiza una fermentación maloláctica en los mismos depósitos, seguida de un proceso de filtrado suave y clarificación no agresiva que preserva todas sus características originales. Finalmente, el vino madura dos meses sobre sus lías en los mismos depósitos de hormigón, añadiendo complejidad y textura al paladar.
