Este vino muestra un perfil fresco y mineral, con aromas de flores blancas, cítricos y fruta madura, realzados por su crianza sobre lías en barricas de roble y una acidez elegante. Se trata de un vino complejo y con capacidad de envejecimiento, fiel reflejo del singular terroir de Gran Canaria.

Tamerán Marmajuelo 2024 es un vino blanco seco elaborado a partir de la variedad Marmajuelo, una uva autóctona y poco común de las Islas Canarias. Este vino nace en la bodega Tamerán, proyecto impulsado por David Silva, y expresa con autenticidad el carácter volcánico de Gran Canaria. Los viñedos se sitúan en el límite entre Santa Lucía y San Bartolomé de Tirajana, a unos 700 metros de altitud, sobre suelos volcánicos que guardan el secreto de su marcada identidad aromática y gustativa.

La elaboración sigue la filosofía respetuosa de la bodega, centrada en preservar la expresión natural de la uva. El cultivo se realiza sin productos químicos ni intervenciones agresivas, permitiendo que la viña se exprese libremente. Tras la vendimia, las uvas fermentan con levaduras autóctonas, y el vino permanece nueve meses sobre lías en foudre de 25 hl, ganando complejidad, textura y profundidad.

Por su frescura y carácter atlántico, Tamerán Marmajuelo 2024 armoniza de forma excelente con mariscos, pescados y cocina marinera.
