Roagna Barbaresco Gallina 2019 es un vino tinto de 100% Nebbiolo, procedente de la prestigiosa región Barbaresco DOCG en Piamonte, Italia. Elaborado por la reconocida bodega Roagna, este vino refleja la esencia del terroir gracias a un trabajo vitivinícola profundamente tradicional y respetuoso con la naturaleza.

De los tres Barbarescos de viñedo único que elabora Luca Roagna, el Gallina destaca por ser el más delicado y refinado. Esta parcela, de tan solo una hectárea y caracterizada por sus suelos arenosos, estuvo arrendada durante años hasta que Luca pudo adquirirla definitivamente, reforzando así su compromiso con la preservación de viñedos históricos.

La vinificación sigue métodos clásicos: fermentación con levaduras autóctonas, maceración y crianza de 5 años en grandes barricas de roble usadas, lo que permite conservar la pureza y frescura del Nebbiolo. El cierre con corcho natural garantiza una óptima evolución en botella.

Se recomienda servirlo entre 18 y 20 °C, y su potencial de guarda supera 2045, lo que lo convierte en una joya para coleccionistas.
