Vino de tono cereza intenso y profundo. En nariz, despliega una complejidad aromática donde se combinan frutas rojas maduras con matices de frutos negros, todo ello acompañado de sutiles notas especiadas y un delicado fondo floral.

Pago de Otazu 2022 es un vino tinto seco elaborado a partir de un coupage de Merlot (61%) y Cabernet Sauvignon (39%), procedentes de viñedos propios dentro de la D.O.P. Pago de Otazu. La prestigiosa Bodega Otazu, ubicada a pocos kilómetros de Pamplona, elabora todos sus vinos exclusivamente con uvas cultivadas en su finca, garantizando trazabilidad y calidad en cada botella.

La vendimia se realiza manualmente en cajas de 12 kg para proteger la integridad de la fruta. Tras una criomaceración en frío de 7 días a 5ºC, el mosto fermenta en depósitos de hormigón de 40 hectolitros, seguido de una fermentación maloláctica en barricas de roble francés. Posteriormente, el vino envejece durante 18 meses en barricas de roble francés, adquiriendo complejidad y elegancia.

Ideal para acompañar carnes asadas, pescados a la brasa, arroces con personalidad, tablas de quesos, embutidos ibéricos y patés gourmet. Disfrútalo entre 16ºC y 18ºC para apreciar toda su expresión.
