Description

Se caracteriza por ser un vino seco con notas de pedernal, limones encerados, manzanas cortadas, crema y cera de abejas. Posee un cuerpo de medio a completo, es crujiente y consistente, con una acidez penetrante que se equilibra con fruta madura y un toque cremoso. El final es largo y persistente.

Oremus Mandolás 2021, un vino blanco seco, es una creación de la bodega Oremus, perteneciente al prestigioso grupo vinícola Tempos Vega Sicilia. Este excepcional vino se elabora exclusivamente con la variedad Furmint, utilizando una cuidada selección de terruños ubicados en las mejores zonas Tokaj, Hungría.

En el viñedo, se realiza una meticulosa selección de parcelas, con una densidad de plantación óptima, y se monitorea con precisión el nivel de madurez de la uva para garantizar la cosecha de racimos dorados, maduros y saludables. Además, se lleva a cabo una selección cuidadosa de clones antiguos de Furmint, provenientes del viñedo Petrács con más de 50 años de edad, lo que contribuye a elevar la calidad del Mandolás en cada cosecha.

Los racimos cuidadosamente seleccionados a mano son sometidos a un prensado suave, y la fermentación se lleva a cabo con un 20% en barricas nuevas de roble húngaro y un 80% en tanques de acero inoxidable. Posteriormente, el 70% del vino se cría en barricas de roble húngaro durante tres meses, periodo durante el cual se realiza batonnage semanalmente, seguido de otros tres meses de reposo sin intervención.
