Este vino luce un intenso tono rojo rubí brillante. En nariz, se muestra atractivo con fragancias de frutas rojas —como frambuesas y cerezas— acompañadas de suaves recuerdos florales a violeta y un sutil fondo terroso. En boca, mantiene esa expresión frutal con una acidez bien integrada, una textura aterciopelada y un final prolongado, donde emergen matices especiados y taninos redondeados que aportan elegancia al conjunto.

Georges Noëllat Bourgogne Rouge 2022 es un vino tinto seco elaborado exclusivamente con uvas Pinot Noir, ideal para quienes desean comprar vino online con elegancia borgoñona. Procedente de la reconocida bodega Georges Noëllat, situada en Vosne-Romanée, este vino refleja la esencia de la Côte de Nuits con precisión y sofisticación.

La bodega, que gestiona unas diez hectáreas en propiedad en zonas prestigiosas como Nuits-Saint-Georges, Morey-Saint-Denis y Gevrey-Chambertin, también trabaja otras diez hectáreas mediante acuerdos de arrendamiento. Destaca especialmente por sus viñedos en los célebres grands crus Echézeaux y Grands Echézeaux.

La elaboración de Pinot Noir comienza con vendimia manual, seguida de despalillado parcial y maceración en frío. Se fermenta con levaduras naturales y se aplican remontados suaves. Dependiendo de la añada, se emplea entre un 30 % y un 100 % de roble nuevo. El vino se cría entre 14 y 20 meses y se embotella sin clarificación ni filtración, preservando su pureza.

Este Bourgogne Pinot Noir es perfecto para acompañar platos como salmón al horno, aves asadas o preparaciones con setas. También marida de forma excelente con quesos suaves como Brie o Camembert.
