Este elegante vino tinto destaca por su profundidad y concentración, combinando sabores de ciruela y grosella con matices de cedro, tabaco y minerales. Los taninos están perfectamente integrados y su vibrante acidez aporta un equilibrio excepcional. Este vino ofrece una potencia refinada.

Mas La Plana 2012 es un vino tinto seco, elaborado con Cabernet Sauvignon por la distinguida Familia Torres en la D.O. Penedès. Esta historia vinícola se remonta a 1962, cuando Miguel Torres inició la producción con una pequeña cantidad de Parellada, una variedad blanca típica de Cataluña.

La finca Mas La Plana, ubicada en el corazón del Penedès en la subzona Turons de Vilafranca, se encuentra delimitada por el río Foix y la riera de Llitrà. Este viñedo de 29 hectáreas se distribuye en diez parcelas y dos niveles, con suelos arcillosos en la parte baja y margas predominando en la parte alta. Las viejas cepas de Cabernet, plantadas en los años sesenta, han prosperado aquí, produciendo vinos equilibrados influenciados por el clima mediterráneo. Mas La Plana es un ecosistema vibrante gracias a la viticultura regenerativa, que busca recuperar la fertilidad natural del suelo, evitar la erosión y fomentar la biodiversidad, mientras aumenta la capacidad del viñedo para absorber CO 2, contribuyendo así a la lucha contra el cambio climático.

La maceración dura entre 15 y 25 días, y la fermentación se lleva a cabo en depósitos de acero inoxidable y fudres de roble bajo control de temperatura. Si deseas comprar vino de alta calidad que combina tradición y sostenibilidad, Mas La Plana 2012 es una elección excepcional que encapsula el secreto de la excelencia vinícola de la Familia Torres.
