Domaine Fourrier Bourgogne Blanc 2022 es un vino blanco seco elaborado exclusivamente con uvas Chardonnay en la AOC Bourgogne, Francia. Jean-Marie Fourrier ha dirigido este viñedo de 10 hectáreas desde la década de 1990, una propiedad que tomó las riendas a la temprana edad de 23 años, heredada de su padre. Ha refinado su habilidad a través de su experiencia en la finca familiar en Gevrey Chambertin, así como en prácticas internacionales en Domaine Drouhin, Oregón, y aprendiendo del legendario Henry Jayer en Vosne-Romanée.

El viñedo que da origen a este Chardonnay ocupa aproximadamente 1 hectárea repartida en tres parcelas en Chambolle-Musigny. El terreno está compuesto por caliza, arcilla y arena. Las vides, establecidas en 1995, son fermentadas y maduradas en barricas neutras y reutilizadas. Este selecto vino es una excelente opción para aquellos que buscan comprar vino de gran carácter y con profundas raíces en la tradición vinícola de Borgoña.
