Casanova di Neri Tenuta Nuova 2019 es un exquisito vino tinto elaborado exclusivamente con Sangiovese, cultivado en la prestigiosa denominación Brunello di Montalcino DOCG en Toscana, Italia. Este vino nace de un audaz proyecto vitivinícola en Tenuta Nuova, un terreno innovador donde el Sangiovese se plantó por primera vez, reflejando la visión y la dedicación de Casanova di Neri para crear un Brunello accesible y con gran capacidad de envejecimiento. Este emprendimiento se inició tras un meticuloso análisis de los microclimas y terrenos locales, empleando avanzadas técnicas científicas para seleccionar los clones y métodos de cultivo ideales, maximizando así la calidad de las uvas Sangiovese.

La cosecha se realiza a mano entre mediados de septiembre y octubre, seleccionando cuidadosamente los racimos y utilizando un selector óptico para garantizar la calidad de cada uva. La fermentación ocurre de manera natural, sin adición de levaduras, y se complementa con maceraciones regulares en tanques troncocónicos de acero a temperaturas controladas durante 25 días. El proceso de envejecimiento continúa durante 30 meses en barricas de roble, seguido de 18 meses de maduración en botella.
