Description

Este vino presenta un profundo color cereza. Su aroma es intensamente frutal, puro y mineral. Se distingue por un perfil olfativo reductor, donde emergen notas de guindas y moras, acompañadas de flores secas y tomillo, aportando un toque balsámico distintivo. En boca, la entrada es firme y jugosa, evolucionando hacia una textura densa y bien estructurada.

Ausàs Interpretación 2021 representa la excelencia vinícola, un vino elaborado con uvas Tempranillo por la prestigiosa bodega Ausàs. Dirigida por Xavier Ausàs, exenólogo jefe de la exclusiva Vega Sicilia, esta bodega ha logrado destacar en la Ribera del Duero con su propio dominio. Las viñas que nutren las uvas de Ausàs Interpretación, con edades comprendidas entre los 30 y 90 años y una altitud promedio de 900 metros, se encuentran en Pesquera de Duero, Nava de Roa, Gumiel del Mercado, Roa y Moradillo de Roa. Los suelos, principalmente arenosos y arcillo-calcáreos, junto con un clima continental, otorgan a este vino una complejidad única.

La elaboración de Ausàs Interpretación 2021 se realiza de manera parcelaria, respetando las características de cada terreno. Con maceraciones en frío para extraer al máximo la esencia frutal y empleo de diversas temperaturas en la fermentación para preservar la singularidad de cada origen. Este vino pasa 16 meses en barricas de roble france, siendo el 50% de 225 y 500 litros y el 30% nuevas. Con una producción limitada a 37,000 botellas, Ausàs Interpretación 2021 se distingue por sus aromas frutales y minerales, revelando un perfil potente y concentrado con un sabor suave e intenso, manteniendo siempre su elegancia.
