El carácter de este vino nace del río Duero, que define el paisaje y otorga singularidad al terruño. La bodega realizó un exhaustivo trabajo al identificar 54 parcelas únicas basándose en la variedad de uva, el suelo, la altitud y la exposición al sol. Estas parcelas, ubicadas entre 720 y 850 metros de altitud, rodean la histórica abadía y garantizan una materia prima de calidad excepcional.

La Petit Verdot, una variedad bordelesa exótica y cautivadora, es la protagonista de este monovarietal. Cultivada en suelos predominantemente arenosos, cada uva es seleccionada con precisión y vinificada cuidadosamente utilizando procesos por gravedad para preservar al máximo su pureza. Posteriormente, el vino descansa durante 17 meses en barricas de roble francés y americano, alcanzando un equilibrio perfecto entre potencia y elegancia.
