Aalto 2021 se destaca como un excepcional monovarietal de Tempranillo, producido por la bodega AALTO en la Ribera del Duero. Este vino se obtiene de uvas cuidadosamente seleccionadas de viñedos de entre 40 y 80 años de antigüedad, distribuidos en nueve municipios de la ribera burgalesa y vallisoletana.

La historia de AALTO se inicia en febrero de 1999, en la prestigiosa región vinícola de la Ribera del Duero. Mariano García, enólogo conocido por ser el artífice de Mauro y por su paso por la prestigiosa bodega Vega Sicilia, fundaron AALTO con la visión de crear un vino distintivo, de alta calidad, que capturara la esencia de diversos pueblos, fusionándolos al final de la crianza para lograr equilibrio y complejidad.

La vendimia se realiza manualmente, cuidadosamente seleccionando racimo a racimo en cajas de 15 kilos. Tras los diversos procesos de elaboración, Aalto 2021 experimenta una fermentación y crianza de 17 meses en barricas de roble francés y americano.
