El Anejón 2020 — выдающееся красное сухое вино, созданное из купажа Тинто Фино (93%), Каберне Совиньон (5%) и Мерло (2%) на известной винодельне Pago de Carraovejas в Рибера-дель-Дуэро, DO. Его ориентация в основном на запад, а также заметное солнечное воздействие из-за склона способствуют созданию уникального микроклимата.

Виноград собирается вручную в небольшие ящики после тщательного наблюдения за его созреванием и тщательного первоначального отбора на винограднике. Отобранные грозди охлаждаются и подвергаются двойной проверке на селекционном столе, где тщательно отбирается каждая виноградина. После отделения гребней каждая ягода проверяется вручную перед ферментацией в небольших чанах из французского дуба, призванных подчеркнуть уникальные качества терруара. Как алкогольное, так и яблочно-молочное брожение происходят спонтанно. Перекачка вина в новые 600-литровые б из французского дуба осуществляется самотеком, обеспечивая большую защиту за счет включения сульфитов. Вино Эль Анехон урожая 2020 года было разлито в бутылки весной 2022 года.
