60% винограда поступает с участка Ла Хабанера, расположенного на высоте 600 метров над уровнем моря на вулканических песчаных почвах, что придает вину напряженность и свежесть. Оставшиеся 40% поступают из Сан-Антонио, старого виноградника, расположенного на меньшей высоте (350 м) на глинистых почвах, которые обеспечивают структуру и глубину.

Каждый участок собирали вручную, традиционно топтали и ферментировали отдельно в бетонных чанах. Для винификации сорта «Хабанера» использовались 100% цельных гроздей, а для винификации сорта «Сан-Антонио» — 15%. Вино прошло яблочно-молочное брожение и выдерживалось в течение 11 месяцев в бочках из французского дуба (ОБЪЕМом 228 и 600 литров). Розлив состоялся в ноябре 2023 года без осветления и фильтрации, что позволило сохранить всю его природную чистоту.
