Cantina Terlano Sauvignon Quarz 2023 — это сухое белое вино, изготовленное из винограда сорта Совиньон Блан в зоне DOC Alto Adige Terlano на севере Италии. Это престижное вино производится известной винодельней Cantina Terlano, которая считается одним из самых известных итальянских винодельческих кооперативов и исторической достопримечательностью Южного Тироля.

Ферментация происходит медленно при контролируемой температуре, после чего вино выдерживается девять месяцев на тонком осадке в больших деревянных бочках и резервуарах из нержавеющей стали. Окончательный купаж формируется за три месяца до розлива в бутылки.
