Of the extensive 1.000 hectares of Finca Vega Sicilia, 210 are dedicated to the cultivation of vineyards, where 19 types of soil coexist distributed in 64 plots with specific characteristics. A total of 40 hectares are reserved for Unico production, with an average vineyard age of 33 years and altitudes ranging between 700 and 900 meters above sea level.
The harvest is done manually in 12 kg boxes.
