Pintia 2011 is a prestigious red wine from the Toro DO, produced by the renowned Tempos Vega Sicilia group. The grapes come from old vines, between 40 and 60 years old, many of them ungrafted and trained in the traditional bush vine system. The harvest was carried out early and quickly, between September 13th and 18th, to preserve the freshness in a particularly warm vintage. The wine was then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
