Luis Pérez El Triángulo is a red wine with the VT Cádiz designation of origin, produced by the prestigious Luis Pérez winery. The Pérez family has a deep connection to the world of wine that stretches back several generations, so the creation of their own winery in the early 2000s was a natural step. Located in Jerez de la Frontera, this project focuses on the production of high-quality red wines from Cádiz, using native varieties such as Tintilla and other international varieties like Merlot, Syrah, and Petit Verdot, perfectly adapted to the climate of southern Spain.
Triángulo 2024 represents the winery's entry-level red wine and is made with Tintilla de Rota from the Jerez vineyards of Balbaína, Corchuelo and Carrascal, combining grapes from our own vineyards and those acquired from local winegrowers.
Fermentation takes place over approximately 30 days, using 60% whole clusters, in stainless steel tanks and open vessels. The wine then spends five months in used barrels, continuing its aging process in tanks until bottling. Production is limited to 14.200 bottles.
