Gran Rodma 2021 is a dry red wine made from 100% Tempranillo grapes in the prestigious DO Ribera del Duero region. This exceptional wine is the result of the meticulous work of Finca Rodma, a young and ambitious family project founded in 2019 by the Martín Rodríguez family, whose commitment to excellence guarantees the highest quality standards. Gran Rodma 2021 comes from two micro-plots over 60 years old, selected for their orientation and unique soil characteristics. It is only produced in exceptional vintages, when the grapes reach a superior quality level. After cold maceration at temperatures between 8 and 10°C to extract maximum aromatic potential, the must ferments at less than 28°C with extended macerations of up to 30 days. The process is carried out by gravity, both during filling and pumping over, to ensure minimal intervention and preserve the integrity of the grapes.
