Description

This white wine stands out for its freshness and energy, displaying intense fragrances of green apple and ripe pear on the nose. On the palate, it is juicy and full of fruit, with subtle floral and herbaceous nuances that blend with lively citric acidity. Its elegant and slightly bitter finish is reminiscent of tender almonds, while a creamy, enveloping texture provides depth and balance, creating a harmonious and sophisticated taste experience.

Benje Blanco is a unique white wine from the Listán Blanco variety, produced with minimal intervention by the prestigious Envínate winery under the Canary Islands PDO. Envínate is a winemaking project that has earned a place among the most avant-garde wineries in Spain. Founded by four passionate winemakers, their philosophy is based on minimal intervention to allow the vineyard to express itself with complete authenticity. They produce wines in various regions, including Galicia, the southeast of the peninsula, and the fascinating Canary Islands, all with a strong focus on respect for the terroir.

Benje Blanco is produced from small plots of old vines located on the slopes of Santiago del Teide, on the island of Tenerife. These vines, grown in volcanic soils, are cultivated in a completely traditional manner, without trellises or chemical treatments, and the work in the vineyard is done entirely by hand.

Spontaneous fermentation takes place in concrete tanks and old French oak foudres, using only native yeasts and without temperature control. Part of the wine undergoes skin maceration, while the other part develops a veil of flor, giving it a unique complexity and texture. Bottling is done without fining or filtering, and only a minimal dose of sulfur is added for preservation.

Benje Blanco is a true Atlantic gem, ideal for those looking to buy wine online with a volcanic essence, freshness, and mineral character.
