Description

This wine exhibits an intense cherry colour, vibrant and attractive to the eye. On the nose, its expressive and complex character unfolds with a captivating combination of spicy notes, a subtle mineral and metallic touch, and the aromatic freshness of wild herbs. Delicate nuances of sweet spices and the elegance of dried flowers complete its sophisticated bouquet. On the palate, it is elegant and structured, with an enveloping texture that provides depth. Its mid-palate is broad and harmonious, developing fluidly to a long and persistent finish, leaving a refined and memorable mark on the palate.

Experience the excellence of Dominio do Bibei 2020 red wine, a masterpiece made with the Brancellao and Mouratón varieties by the renowned Dominio do Bibei winery, located in the prestigious Ribeira Sacra DO. This winery, founded in the early 2000s by lovers of the terroir, has managed to capture the essence of its land in each bottle. Immerse yourself in an Atlantic climate of marked seasonal contrasts, where the capricious orography provides optimal conditions for the cultivation of white and red grapes, with vineyards that extend from 200 to 700 meters of altitude. Here, both young and century-old vines contribute to the richness and complexity of this unique wine.

Aged between 14 and 62 years and grown at altitudes of between 250 and 550 metres, the grapes are harvested manually in 10-kilogram boxes and undergo a meticulous winemaking process, which includes destemming, grape-by-grain sorting and pre-fermentation maceration.

Perfect for pairing with red meats, roasts, big game, suckling pig, oxtail and complex sauces, this wine is an ideal choice to accompany your most special moments. Buy Dominio do Bibei 2020 wine and discover the magic of the Ribeira Sacra in every sip.
