La Mujer Cañón 2024 is a prestigious red wine from the Vinos de Madrid DO, produced by Comando G Viticultores in collaboration with Uvas Felices. This single-varietal Garnacha comes from old mountain vines and accurately reflects the character of the Sierra de Gredos.

The secret of La Mujer Cañón lies in its old Garnacha vineyards, located in Cadalso de los Vidrios, at an altitude of approximately 900-950 meters. The vines grow on granitic-sandy soils, conditions that favor slow ripening and a pronounced expression of the terroir.

The wine is made with whole, unstemmed bunches in wooden vats. Afterwards, the wine completes its aging in French oak barrels or foudres, seeking to preserve the purity of the Garnacha and the identity of the vineyard.
