The winemaking process follows a delicate oenological approach, with gentle pressing to obtain only the free-run juice. The blending process unfolds in several stages, integrating carefully selected base and reserve wines. In this edition, reserve wines represent approximately 24% of the total, primarily from the 2021 and 2020 vintages, along with a small contribution from older years.
The final blend was completed in February 2023, and bottling took place in March of the same year. Aging on the lees lasts an average of 30 months, refining the texture and depth of the sparkling wine. Stirring is done manually, and the dosage is adjusted just before release, ensuring balance and precision.
