Aalto 2021 Magnum stands out as an exceptional single-varietal Tempranillo, produced by the AALTO winery in Ribera del Duero. This wine is obtained from carefully selected grapes from vineyards between 40 and 80 years old, distributed in nine municipalities on the banks of Burgos and Valladolid.

The history of AALTO begins in February 1999, in the prestigious wine region of Ribera del Duero. Mariano García, winemaker known for being the architect of Mauro and for his time at the prestigious Vega Sicilia winery, founded AALTO with the vision of creating a distinctive, high-quality wine that captured the essence of diverse peoples, fusing them at the end of the breeding for balance and complexity.

The harvest is carried out manually, carefully selecting bunch by bunch in 15 kilo boxes. After the various production processes, Aalto 2021 undergoes fermentation and aging for 17 months in French and American oak barrels.
