2. NATURE OF THE CONTRACT

Through this contract, Solowine.es (NEED FOR WINE S.L., with registered office in Marbella, Polígono Industrial Nueva Campana 80, Spain) sells to the client (any natural or legal person with whom Solowine.es sign any purchase and sale contract on your website) and it buys from Solowine.es the product specified in the invoice/delivery note/order. “Contract” is understood to be the purchase and sale operation that is implemented through this document. “Product” is understood as the merchandise being purchased.

3. PURCHASE PROCEDURE

The purchasing process is very simple, whether it is your first time purchasing from the website or if you have already purchased before. You have two options:

5. AVAILABILITY

Our offers and prices are valid as long as they are displayed on the website, and always based on available stock.

We reserve the possibility of assigning a maximum number of bottles of each wine per client. Allocations will be made in strict order of receipt of order.

Normally, we only offer products that we have in stock in our logistics warehouse (Not all products are available in our stores). If the requested vintage is not available, it may be substituted by the later one whenever it is available. For products that are not in our warehouses, our offers are valid on the condition that there is availability from our suppliers. Within this framework, indications regarding the availability of the products will be provided at the time each order is processed.

In the event that a product is not available and cannot be replaced after the processing of an order, the buyer will be informed by email or telephone of the delivery of only a part of their order and may accept or cancel it. In any case, the client will receive a partial or full refund of the amount within a maximum period of 72 hours.

6. PAYMENT

Payment for the product will be made online with a VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, UNIONPAY credit card or direct bank transfer with a secure payment platform or through eWallet payment platforms.

The moment you press the “PLACE ORDER” button during order confirmation, the bank verifies the validity of your credit card number and checks that it is not blocked. The credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

7. DELIVERY

Order delivery times:

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

* During the months of August and December the delivery time may be longer than the indicated times by 2-3 additional working days.

The products are sent to the address indicated by the customer during placing the order. In order to optimize delivery, we invite the buyer to indicate an address where the order can be delivered on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m. The carrier may use your contact details to communicate the status of the shipment via SMS or email.

If the carrier tries to deliver the package and there is no one to receive it, they will leave you a note stating the delivery attempt. Please contact the transport agency as soon as possible using the telephone number that you will find in the note, in order to arrange a new delivery.
If in this second delivery there is no one to receive it, they will leave you a note again recording the second delivery attempt. From then on, your order will remain in the transport agency's office for 15 days. After these days have passed, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

The right of return cannot be exercised when there are indications that the products have been opened, manipulated or exposed to inappropriate conditions.

In the event that the returned products are not protected with their original packaging or the packaging in question is deteriorated, damaged or has any defect that prevents its subsequent sale, the customer must pay the cost of the corresponding packaging.
