Beschreibung

Oremus Eszencia 2014 ist ein exquisiter natürlicher Süßwein, hergestellt aus den Rebsorten Furmint, Hárslevelü, Zéta und Sárgamuskotály im Weingut OREMUS (Tempos Vega Sicilia) in Tokaj, Ungarn. Dieser Wein ist ein Juwel aus der historischen Weinregion Tokaj, die seit 1630 für die Exzellenz ihrer Reben bekannt und heute weltweit anerkannt ist.

Mit Weinbergen mit einem Durchschnittsalter von 17 Jahren, verteilt auf 98 Hektar auf einer Höhe von 200 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel, sticht dieser Wein im Sortiment der Aszú-Weine durch seinen Reichtum und seine Einzigartigkeit hervor. Der Alkoholgehalt liegt zwischen 2 und 3 %, da nicht die gesamte Zuckerkonzentration vergärt, was oft zu mehr als 500 Gramm Restzucker pro Liter führt.

Die Ernte der Aszú-Beeren erfolgt individuell und jeder Weinpflücker kann zwischen 5 und 10 kg Trauben pro Tag sammeln. Die Trauben werden 5 bis 10 Tage lang unter ihrem Eigengewicht ruhen gelassen, was die natürliche Saftgewinnung erleichtert. Anschließend wird der Most für eine sehr langsame Gärung in Glasbehältern oder 50-Liter-Amphoren gelagert. Nach einem Jahr wird der Wein zur weiteren Reifung in 68-Liter-Fässer des Typs „Átalag“ umgefüllt. Schließlich reift er in der Flasche, ein Prozess, der Jahrzehnte dauern kann.

Dieser Wein eignet sich ideal zum sofortigen Verzehr, bietet jedoch bei idealer Lagerung (50–12 °C und 14 % relative Luftfeuchtigkeit) ein Alterungspotenzial von bis zu 60 Jahren. Es wird empfohlen, ihn bei 8 °C zu servieren. Eine perfekte Option für alle, die Wein online kaufen möchten und auf der Suche nach einem einzigartigen und bleibenden Erlebnis sind.
