Der Château-Grillet Côtes-du-Rhône 2023 ist ein trockener Weißwein, der ausschließlich aus Viognier-Trauben im französischen Rhônetal hergestellt wird. Erstmals 2011 kreiert, stammt er von jungen Reben und einer sorgfältigen Auswahl von Parzellen auf dem Weingut Château-Grillet selbst und bietet einen frischen, eleganten und zugänglichen Ausdruck dieses einzigartigen Terroirs.

Das Geheimnis dieses Côtes-du-Rhône liegt darin, dass alle seine Trauben ausschließlich vom Weingut Château-Grillet stammen. Die Selektion erfolgt aus verschiedenen Parzellen und Fässern vor der finalen Cuvée, um die sortentypische Reinheit, Frische und den Charakter des Viognier zu bewahren.
