Aalto 2021 Magnum zeichnet sich durch einen außergewöhnlichen sortenreinen Tempranillo aus, der vom Weingut AALTO in Ribera del Duero hergestellt wird. Dieser Wein wird aus sorgfältig ausgewählten Trauben von Weinbergen gewonnen, die zwischen 40 und 80 Jahre alt sind und in neun Gemeinden an den Ufern von Burgos und Valladolid verteilt sind.

Die Geschichte von AALTO beginnt im Februar 1999 in der prestigeträchtigen Weinregion Ribera del Duero. Mariano García, Winzer, der als Architekt von Mauro und für seine Zeit im renommierten Weingut Vega Sicilia bekannt ist, gründete AALTO mit der Vision, einen unverwechselbaren, hochwertigen Wein zu kreieren, der die Essenz verschiedener Völker einfängt und sie am Ende vereint die Züchtung auf Ausgewogenheit und Komplexität.

Die Ernte erfolgt manuell, wobei jede einzelne Traube in 15-Kilo-Kisten sorgfältig ausgewählt wird. Nach den verschiedenen Produktionsprozessen durchläuft Aalto 2021 eine Gärung und Reifung für 17 Monate in französischen und amerikanischen Eichenfässern. Es wird empfohlen, den Wein zu dekantieren, um ihn unter optimalen Bedingungen genießen zu können.
