Se trata de un vino de gran intensidad cromática y capa profunda. En nariz se muestra limpio y expresivo, con potentes aromas de fruta y notas de bosque, perfectamente integrados con una madera sutil. La añada destaca por su estructura y carácter, con una frescura notable, buen nervio, elegancia y un largo recorrido en boca.

Pintia 2013, un destacado vino de la D.O. Toro, es una creación excepcional del grupo vinícola Tempos Vega Sicilia. Este viñedo se encuentra a orillas del río Duero, dentro de la D.O. Toro, abarcando una superficie de 108 hectáreas en San Román de Hornija y Pedrosa del Rey. Las condiciones climáticas extremas, con inviernos fríos y veranos cálidos, influencian los complejos suelos caracterizados por una abundancia de cantos rodados.

Este monovarietal de Tinta de Toro procede de parcelas con una edad media de 35 años y se vendimia manualmente en cajas de 12 kg. Presenta un marco de plantación de 1.000 plantas por hectárea, a una altitud de 700 metros y con un rendimiento de 3.500 kg/ha.

Para afinar su crianza, la fermentación maloláctica se lleva a cabo en un 70 % en barricas de roble francés, un 25 % en roble americano y un 5 % en roble húngaro. Posteriormente, el vino reposa en botella hasta alcanzar su óptimo punto de consumo.
