Este vino despliega una aromática intensa de melocotón blanco en su punto, ciruela amarilla madura y delicadas especias dulces, acompañadas de recuerdos de almendra, hinojo y flores amarillas. En boca se muestra fresco y elegante, con una textura suave y envolvente. El final es prolongado, marcado por una mineralidad de carácter pétreo y sutiles matices ahumados.

Oxer Bastegieta Iraun 2024 es un vino blanco seco excepcional, elaborado por Oxer Wines dentro de la prestigiosa D.O.Ca. Rioja. Este vino refleja fielmente la riqueza del terruño de Rioja Alavesa, proveniente de un viñedo centenario de 101 años, plantado en 1919 en Elvillar, a una altitud de 600 metros sobre un suelo de arcilla calcárea. Cultivado de manera orgánica, con principios de agricultura regenerativa, este viñedo se trabaja con el máximo respeto por el entorno, permitiendo que la esencia del terroir se exprese sin interferencias.

En bodega, la intervención es mínima para preservar la autenticidad del vino. La fermentación alcohólica se realiza con levaduras indígenas en depósitos de acero inoxidable, aplicando una técnica de hiperoxidación durante el prensado para potenciar su estabilidad y complejidad. Posteriormente, el vino se traslada a barricas usadas de roble francés de 600L, donde finaliza la fermentación y comienza su crianza, desarrollando profundidad y carácter.
