Roagna Derthona Montemarzino 2022 es un refinado vino blanco seco elaborado a partir de uvas Timorasso procedentes de la prestigiosa región de Piemonte, Italia. Creado por la reconocida bodega Roagna, famosa por su fidelidad a las prácticas vitivinícolas tradicionales y su búsqueda constante de la auténtica expresión del terroir, este vino representa la perfecta unión entre historia y modernidad.

Se trata de la incorporación más reciente a la colección de la bodega, concebida con la misión de rescatar un vino blanco autóctono de gran potencial de guarda. Las uvas Timorasso, una variedad histórica del Colli Tortonese, provienen de viñedos con una edad media de 35 años y se transportan cuidadosamente en pequeñas cajas para preservar su frescura.

La elaboración comienza con una breve maceración de las uvas enteras en prensa. Tras el prensado, el mosto se deja oxidar de forma natural, sin añadir sulfitos. La fermentación se realiza en cubas de madera con un pied de cuve elaborado a partir de levaduras autóctonas, y posteriormente el vino reposa durante dos años sobre sus lías, en el fondo de las cubas, ganando complejidad y textura.

Perfecto para acompañar pescados a la plancha o fritos, aves blancas, quesos semicurados, mariscos y espárragos, este vino es una joya para los amantes de los blancos con carácter y estructura.
