Este vino presenta una nariz encantadora, fragante, expresiva y vivaz. Desprende aromas delicados de hinojo, cítricos, anís y flores blancas, creando un bouquet cautivador y fresco. En el paladar, este vino se caracteriza por su finura y frescura, destacando por su acidez equilibrada y una textura sedosa que envuelve suavemente el sentido del gusto. La combinación de estas cualidades proporciona una experiencia de degustación placentera y armoniosa.

Ultreia Godello 2022 es un refinado vino blanco seco, creado por el afamado enólogo Raúl Pérez en la D.O. Bierzo. Raúl Pérez, reconocido ampliamente tanto en España como internacionalmente, proviene de una larga línea de viticultores bercianos.

Este vino proviene de viñedos orientados al norte en espaldera, ubicados en las áreas de Cacabelos, Valtuille y Villafranca, plantados a finales de los años 90. La región goza de un clima continental-atlántico y la vendimia se realiza manualmente.

Una vez en la bodega, las uvas son cuidadosamente prensadas, decantadas y fermentadas en barricas de 300 litros. El Ultreia Godello 2022 envejece durante 12 meses en estas mismas barricas, sin ser trasegadas. Se sugiere servir este vino a una temperatura entre 9 y 12 ºC para optimizar su disfrute.
