Dr. von Bassermann-Jordan Riesling Trocken 2022, un vino blanco seco, elaborado con 100% Riesling por la reconocida bodega Dr. von Bassermann-Jordan en la región VDP Pfalz, Alemania. Esta bodega, con sede en Deidesheim, Palatinado, cuenta con una historia ilustre que se remonta a 1718, heredera de la grandeza de su predecesor, Weingut Jordan. Su renombre se debe en gran parte al enólogo pionero Andreas Jordan (1775-1848), quien innovó técnicas como la cronometración de cosechas según la podredumbre noble y la vinificación separada de variedades como el Riesling.

Las uvas se seleccionan de diversos terrenos en los alrededores de Deidesheim, Ruppertsberg y Forst, caracterizados por suelos de arenisca roja, marga, arcilla, piedra caliza y, ocasionalmente, loess. Tras la cosecha, cada lote se prensa y fermenta por separado en depósitos de acero inoxidable refrigerados, conservando así la frescura y la frutosidad de este vino.
