Aalto PS 2021, un vino de Tempranillo de alta calidad, es producido en la D.O. Ribera del Duero por la prestigiosa bodega AALTO. Este excepcional vino se elabora con uvas procedentes de viñedos notoriamente antiguos, con edades que oscilan entre 60 y 90 años, situados en ubicaciones singulares como La Horra y La Aguilera.

La iniciativa AALTO, concebida en febrero de 1999 en la reconocida región vinícola de la Ribera del Duero (España), nació con la visión de Mariano García, un enólogo distinguido por su trabajo en Mauro y su trayectoria en la emblemática bodega Vega Sicilia, en colaboración con Javier Zaccagnini. Su objetivo era crear un vino con una personalidad única, de excelencia y que capturara fielmente las características de los diversos pueblos, fusionándolos al término del proceso de crianza para alcanzar un equilibrio y complejidad perfectos.

La cosecha se realiza de manera manual, seleccionando minuciosamente racimo a racimo en cajas pequeñas de 15 kilos. Luego, tras varios procesos de elaboración, Aalto PS 2021 lleva a cabo la fermentación y crianza durante 21 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés.
